Fermentation is all about developing deeper flavor within the ingredients and that is exactly what we do at Psaucedelic. We proudly make our hot sauce in small batches with an emphasis on flavor. With a range of heat levels, our sauce is the ultimate flavor enhancer for whatever your spice preference is. We’ve combined our love of peppers, fermentation, food, and design to create a unique line of out of this world flavor. Our goal is to help you elevate your dining experiences.
After a lifetime of eating raw, pickled, or cooked peppers with most meals, we began making hot sauce in 2018. With the working knowledge from a ritual of fermenting kombucha, sauerkraut, and other fermentations, Funkadelic Red was born. The concept and branding followed in 2021. Six flavors later, we are ready to make our way into your kitchen and onto your meals.
We grow and use fresh peppers and all natural ingredients. Psaucedelic hot sauce is free of additives and preservatives. Our vibrant hot sauce colors are from the fresh natural ingredients we use. We are crazy about making hot sauce. You could say we are a bit fermental.
We currently operate under the Texas Cottage Law. Our products are made in a home kitchen and are not inspected by the Dept. of State Health Services or a local health dept. We are frequently at the Heart of the Hills Farmers Market in Kerrville, Texas and are available for other events. To inquire about scheduling and availability for events, message us here.
